Terms and Conditions for Credit Consult

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Credit Consult. By accessing or using our mobile applications, services, and online platform designed for financial management and accounting (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Credit Consult develops and provides mobile applications for financial management and accounting. Our services are intended to assist users in organizing their financial data, tracking expenses, managing budgets, and facilitating accounting processes. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. 5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Credit Consult or users of the Service.
• Introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Credit Consult does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Credit Consult, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
